
Ivana Damjanov Ilić
Ivana Damjanov Ilić, MA, was born in Zrenjanin in 1999. She started playing the piano at the age of three, and has won over 80 first prizes. She is currently in her third year of doctoral studies and is employed as a Teaching Assistant at the Piano Department at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. The University of Novi Sad declared Ivana as the student of the generation in the field of art in 2019, and also awarded her with Special Award for exceptional success at International competitions. In 2020, she received the prestigious award “Iskra kulture”. She performed in Serbia, Romania, Germany, Italy, Malta, Austria, France, Croatia, Hungary etc.She recorded for RTV and RTS. Among the performances, the following stand out: the performance with the violinist Roman Simović and the cellist Dragan Đorđević at Kolarac hall, four performances with the orchestra on the Concert Tour (Debrecen, Budapest, Balaton, Ljubljana) as a soloist with the World Youth Orchestra and the pianist and conductor Tamas Vasary, and then three performances as a soloist with the Zrenjanin Symphony Orchestra (tour: Timisoara, Zrenjanin, Novi Sad), and as a soloist with the Novi Sad Academy of Arts Symphony Orchestra as well. She is the winner of the award for the best soloist recital and the best participant of the Festival “Nei Suoni dei Luoghi” in Italy (Udine).
