
Jelena Milinković
Jelena Milinković, PhD, Senior Research Associate, Institute for Literature and Arts, Belgrade (Department: Periodicals in the History of Serbian Literature and Culture, Chief Coordinator). She completed all levels of studies at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade.
She was a member of the Serbian team of the international COST project IS0901 Women Writers in History (2009–2013) and a member of the following national projects: Knjiženstvo – theory and history of women’s literature in the Serbian language until 1915 (Faculty of Philology, 2011–2017) and The Role of Serbian Periodicals in the Formation of Literary, Cultural and National Models (IKUM, 2017–2020). She was one of the authors of the database Knjizenstvo (www.knjizenstvo.etf.bg.ac.rs/sr) and its coordinator. She leads the Women’s Movement 2020 project: digitalization of magazines, international scientific meeting, the collection of works, and the website about the project (www.zenskipokret.org). She is the author of the book Women’s Literature and Periodicals (2022), co-author of Twenty Women That Marked the 20th Century in Serbia (2013), and co-editor of the following collections: New Reality from Her Room: the literary work of Milica Janković (2015), Do You Read Jelena Dimitrijević? (2018), and Women’s Movement (1920–1938): a collection of works (2021). She is the winner of the Anđelka Milić award for the Women’s Movement 2020 project (2022).
